Pausing

I have time limits and part of days to pause devices and it’s not pausing the devices

Hello there, @user_85e718. I am sorry to hear the devices are not pausing as intended. If you just manually set a device to pause, do it work? Is this happening on all devices or specific ones?

I only need it for the kids devices not everyone. But even the pause button is not working

What is happening when you press the pause button? Are you getting an error message?

It does nothing. They are already paused but still access the internet
