Pausing user after set time limit not working

I know this feature used to work but now it seems like it it doesn't. I have a child profile with parental controls. I've set a time limit of 1.5 hrs a day and off at bedtime 8:00pm-6:00am.

Today this profile was online for over 3hrs and the app didn't pause the user.    So is this a bug with the last release or something else?

Thanks for connecting with us here in our community, @user_a6ffe6! We are sorry to hear about the trouble with the pause feature on your Xfinity app. Have you tried to delete the app and download it again? This would ensure you have the latest updates.
