Hello and Happy Independence Day user_4s5j4n When you go to pause your daughter's iPad, do you see the Grey Pause symbol appear next to it, or does it have the green dot? Is the iPad added as a profile in the Xfinity App, and can you add an active time limit?
I have problems with this EVERY DAY. My son is on a scheduled down time and he calls when he has finished his homework. EVERY TIME, the Xfinity app says his devices are not paused, yet they are.
I've tried the following:
- Make sure device OS is up to date
- Make sure the Xfinity app is up to date
- Hard power cycle my phone
- Searched for a way to do this without using the crappy app, found nothing. You are forced to use the app.
So EVERY DAY, I hit "Pause" and "Unpause" multiple times, and, SOMETIMES, the app finally figures it out and show his devices as "paused". FINALLY then, I can unpause them.
I'm tired of this daily dance. Fix your garbage app or give me another way to do this so I can avoid your garbage app.
