Paused or in Bedtime mode
The internet browser on my laptop has said that it is either “paused or in bedtime mode” since my WiFi modem was installed about two weeks ago. I have called customer service four times and nobody can help me. The xFi app says that no devices are paused. The problem persists. I was told that there might be an issue with the poll on my street. That issue was fixed. I was also told that this might be an issue with my Apple device and to call Apple. I am having the same issue on multiple devices so it is not an issue Apple can help me with. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please send me, via private message, the MAC address of the devices that are paused?
To find the the MAC address login to xFi, select Devices, select the device that's paused, select Device Details, note the MAC and send it to me.
