Paused devices

Device randomly gets paused, but Xfinity app says it isn't paused.

user_qwhcoz Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend removing the device from your Xfinity network, then restart the device, and the Xfinity Gateway. Once the Xfinity Gateway is back online, try adding the device back onto the network.
