Paused devices

My phones and iPads keep saying “device paused” but I never paused them on my network and can’t seem to get them to get off of being unpaused. How do i get this to stop and not keep happening?

I know how aggravating this can be and thank you for reaching out to us for assistance, @user_6d9425. To access the option to pause and unpause the device, you will need to access the Xfinity App by logging in under the Primary (possibly the Manager, too) username.
