You guys are about to lose another good customer if you guys cant fix the device pause glitch on my ps5,i had enough of xfinty

@XfinityChristy​ no way you guys always respond with the same thing , its obvious theres a glitch on your side , i switched my modem router and my tv and ps5 work well now , i cant wait till my contract is over
