Paused Device Notification

I downloaded the Xfi app yesterday and have had nothing but trouble with it.  I keep getting unprompted notifications on multiple devices that "This device is paused."  Except I didn't pause the device, and when I look in the app, it shows as *not" being paused, so there is nothing to unpause.

What is going on and what can I do to fix it?
