Pause and Schedule downtime doesn't work

I have been using the pause and downtown function for years with much success recently in the last 6 months the function does not work and does not control device is throughout the house. Neither the pause function or the downtime schedule works for any device in my house.

We can gladly look into this for you. can you tell me if you are logged into your app with your primary Xfinity ID? This would cause some function issues or abilities if you aren't. I look forward to your reply.

It doesn’t work. They need to fix this. Don’t advertise a feature that doesn’t work. It’s so stupid. Only way I can truly pause one person is to pause everyone by restarting the modem which is absolutely ridiculous.
