Parental controls unreliable
Hello, I have set up 4 family user accounts correctly and 1 guest account (several times sadly). With no warning, the 4 family accounts will disappear making the parental controls non-functional. This has been occurring repeatedly for 5 months. Please help.

Hello, @user_9e7akm! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are running into with the user profiles disappearing and not being able to use the parental controls. Can you let us know what steps you have tried to resolve the issue other than just setting up the profiles again?
