Parental controls on App
The Xfinity app will not let me access my kids profile settings or activity time details. It goes straight to a loading screen with 3 dots and won’t go past. I setup my kids profile, assigned their device, but when I try and click the gear icon at the top right it goes to the loading screen and that’s it! So frustrating! I’ve spent hours on the phone with no help. Yes, I’ve uninstalled the app, tried different devices, tried different profiles, logged in from my PC with the admin gateway password or whatever. Nothing!

Hello user_poldxj. Thanks for bringing this parental controls issue to our concern. Have security over what your kids do on the internet, is very important. I love that feature with the app, as I do the same with my kids. Have you tried logging into your Xfinity account via a desktop page and see if you can access it there?
