I tried to go to the vape store on my cell and it says I can't till I update the parental controls but I've never set them because my kids are over 18 and don't stay at home. Can't figure out how to fix this

To access these settings we will want to make sure you are signed in to the primary username on the account. Thankfully we have this awesome link for quickly recovering the primary username for your account.
