Orbi cbr750 shows offline in xfinity app
Orbi cbr750 shows offline in xfinity app. I have cleared data and cache in xfinity app. Gateway shows up on xfinity website. Seems to be an ongoing issue as I have seen numerous posts similar in these forums

same here, uninstalled and installed app on multiple devices, talked to comcast support multiple times, same issue
