Older Iphone and Ipad.. new app version is not compatable

The latest update version no longer supported on older ipad and iphones. I have to go online now to use tools. Its a dissatisfier.

like many coporations do do.. they could care less that their latest version will still work for users with older devices. not a new concept. either the company cares about this kind of stuff or there is coprorate pressure not to because they are trying to sell you something. I see xfinity trying to sell me a new phone when i log into the portal so i already understand but thought I'd share on forum.

@user_g3nrgz Apps get updated and when this happens some iOS are no longer compatible. The Xfinity app requires iOS 17.2 or later. I am sorry to hear that your Apple devices are no longer compatible with our Xfinity App.
