Can you please provide a bit more context? What are you trying to remove your network from? Are you just trying to change the name of your network or are you trying to forget it from your list of known networks on one of your mobile devices?
I changed my network name and the old network is still showing under other networks and I called Xfinity and apple to see about removing the old network and they said I can’t.
Are you able to see and connect your new network name? You can visit https://comca.st/3qGg8tY to make sure your network is not 'hidden'.
