I have two devices connected to my Internet via WiFi and the Xfi so doesn't show them

Same problem. LanScan shows device. Two days with xfinity support ..... No help.
Also xfinity is blocking ports with Advanced Off and Firewall Off

Same here. Seems you cant see devices that are connected that have their mac address as their host name. Theres also no way to remove them either because they dont show up in the app. Glad they are forcing us to use the app
