Not Able to Manage Modem from Xfinity App

After needing to change some settings on my modem recently, I realized I cannot access the admin console on my modem. I also cannot access the site http://10.0.0.1

I also cannot edit any settings from the app. If I click on "Advanced Security" on the Overview page, it takes me to a blank screen. I need this fixed so I can manage my modem.

Hello @Brendonantoine are you still experiencing issues with accessing the settings? Have you tried uninstalling and installing the Xfinity app again?

@XfinityEva​ yes I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Yes I'm still having issues with the settings.
