Able to connect but it’s saying “no internet connection” what may the problem be, help please

Hello, @AliceR Thank you so much for posting your concerns here on our Xfinity Community Forum page. I am sorry you are having troubles connecting to the Hotspot, I know I sure use them often and would be frustrated if I was having troubles. We will get this fixed.
Just to confirm you are not trying to connect to the public hotspots while you are in your home, correct?
