No WiFi tab

Suddenly the app changes and we no longer can access the tab to pause and unpause devices. So now we have no internet to our tvs because they were paused, and since the app doesn’t work we are stuck this way indefinitely. No humans to answer the calls. The dumb AI assistant does nothing. So now what?
