No (WiFi) activity reported on xFinity xFi webpage

The xFinity xFi webpage (https://internet.xfinity.com ) has been reporting zero activity.  However, we have been using the WiFi.  It shows that devices are connected with zero usage.

 

I would like to limit my son's access using the Active Time Limit, but if usage data isn't being recorded, I can not do that.

Hi @neefer, I had sent this along to our team for investigation last Friday. It looks like a recent Gateway reboot over the weekend may have fixed the issue. Can you confirm that you are now seeing activity in xFi?

It worked for a while.  Then it stopped working again.  I suppose I could continuously reboot my modem, but that really isn't a satisfactory long term solution.
