No option for activating wifi pods

[Edited: "Personal Information"].  I am opening my Xfinity app and there is no option to activitate the XFi pods.

Hello @72cuse! Thanks for reaching out to us for help with activating the xfipod. I'm sorry that the app is not helping out with the activation process. I would love to help out and get you connected. I know dealing with networking can be a bugger, I will do everything I can to help out.  Did you purchase the pod through Xfinity?

Yes I did and have been working with several support people since Dec. 5th with no resolution.

To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.

 

 Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
