No access to my xfinity

Can’t sign in to my account says access denied! What’s up?

user_kzyd4x If you are using the Xfinity App to log into your account, please log out of the app completely and try again. You may also need to uninstall and reinstall the app. Otherwise, if you are using the My Account site, please try clearing cookies/cache. If you're still having trouble, please let us know.
