Hello Biscuit98, thank you for creating a post on our forum. Our equipment is designed to update everyday between 2am-4am so that you have the most up to date information for your networks and menu options. This process should only last 3-5 minutes and the equipment will start back up on their own. If your cable boxes take longer to update we may need to look into your signal or replacing the primary box on file. To start please try manually rebooting the cable boxes by unplugging them for 20-30 seconds then reconnect them. If you still see this error please reach back out to me here and we can move on further with troubleshooting the issue.
