NHK World Japan App w FireTV More Questions

Hi, We have more confusion with regarding loading instructions of this app

To our Homescreen Menu with Amazon Fire TV's remote to then have Xfinity Remote control we always use now

Not knowing what to do.

Received appropriate instructions for downloading this free app but not using Xfinity remote control to accomplish this from start to finish, the start would be with Fire TV remote control.

We had our NHK World Japan channel completely removed from our broadcast area, thus how to continue to get this channel.

XFINITYSara answered my first inquiry.

Now more questions but no new help with it. We're lost.🙄
