New modem. The app says the modem is offline, when the modem is online and functioning.
I have a new modem from Comcast. The Xfinity app says the modem is offline, when the modem is online and functioning. I can see from the forums this has been an issue for over 3 years. No one has a solution that has worked. So I'm checking to see if it is any new solution before I uninstall the app.
