New modem issues
New arris 8200 replacing a 6214 or whatever. Hooked it up, activated through app. Phone connected but app says not connected. Settings show 730 mbps. Speed tests are anywhere from 100 to 3. Wife's phone won't connect. Tried troubleshooting but xfinitys app can't connect to my modem.

Hello, @Iicefish. Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear about your modem concern. Have you tested the hardwired connection to see if there is an active connection? You mentioned your phone is connected to the network. Are you able to surf the web with it? Or is your Wife's the only phone affected?
