Did you get answers on this? I called and talked to 4 dif reps today and got tossed around and apparently they don’t even have data escalation department anymore?
I don’t think even xFinity understands what this means...the data just doesn’t make sense. Can someone answer this question that knows what they are taking about?

my allowed data usage is 1229 GB/month or ~41 GB/day. so is that saying i used 89% of 41 GB = 36 GB in the last 24 hours?
