Hello @user_cf7716 and thank you for joining us here on the Xfinity Support Forums. =] Yes, the majority of wireless extenders are compatible with most ISP's and their equipment, including Xfinity. Please consult your manufacturers manual of the Netgear extender for set-up and support.

Xfinity also offers xFi Pods which creates a powerful mesh WiFi network that finds the fastest connection in your home, to keep you seamlessly online as you move around. Pods can be purchased by eligible Xfinity Internet customers with a compatible xFi Gateway at an Xfinity Store or online at https://comca.st/3pAIWlw. Cisco DP3939 Gateways do not support xFi Pods. To see which model you have, view the Devices page on My Account or look on the bottom of your Gateway.

When purchasing Pods online, you must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above and place the order while signed into your account as a Primary or Manager user. Members and Viewers will not be able to place online orders for Pods. Learn more about the different types of users.

Pods can be purchased individually or in sets of two. If you place an order online for Pods, a Getting Started kit will be shipped directly to the address on your account for quick and easy installation.
