Netflix sign out help

I signed into the wrong account on the Xfinity app for Netflix and I can’t sign out to use my other one

Greetings, @user_ow37zg! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about signing out of Netflix. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

If you need to sign out of Netflix on your X1, Flex, or Xumo TV box, just go to the left-hand menu on the Netflix app and scroll down until you see the "Get Help" option. From there, you should see the option to "Sign Out." If that doesn't work, you can also just sign out of everything on your X1 box by pressing the Xfinity button and going to the gear icon, followed by Settings>Privacy>Locally Stored Data>Clear Local Storage. This can be a little more disruptive, because you will need to sign in to every app again, but it really helps to clear things out from time to time.
