Need help ASAP! Error: Looks like something went wrong Please reload the page and try again.

For the last six months I have received this error on my account.

Spoke with Xfinity CSA on Friday. Supposed to be a 24 hour review, and haven’t heard back. Ticket #IH262527310. They advised there are NO red flags on my account. It’s some payment lock but they said it should be removed which it’s not. I can’t keep going to the store for payment. Please help me.
