My Xifinity app does not have a WiFi tab

I am the primary (only) user on this account.  The Xfinity app does not have a Wi-Fi tab.  I have installed and activated a new gateway.  I have reinstalled the app.  There is still no Wi-Fi tab.  It has been present in the past.
