My motom says its connected and working but nothing will connect and the app says offline and not connected?? Troubleshooted&restarted devic

I did everything and it says connected but nothing works I troubleshooted and restarted it multiple times, it still says nothing's wrong but wont work and says offline I dont get it?

Rest assured, you've reached a team of experts and we'll stick with you here until we reach a resolution together :). Are you experiencing issues over a hardwired as well as a wireless connection? Have you checked the coax cable at the outlet and the back of the modem to make sure it's finger tight? Do you have any splitters between your modem and the wall?
