My device is not being displayed under connected devices on the Xfinity website.

My device is not being displayed under connected devices on the Xfinity website. This is an issue as when I try to port forward my desktop my device is not an option meaning I can successfully port forward.

Same with me. It's incredible annoying. My desktop is hardwired but does not show under connected devices in the xFi site so I cannot port forward to it. However, it shows under connected devices when on the admin page at 10.0.0.1.

 

There has to be a fix. This is insane.

Hello, u/tkipers, I hope overall your day is going well. I'm sorry your device is not listed. Are you not seeing it if you log into the modem either? If you can send a private message we will take the right actions to resolve the issue. I know how useful port forward can be.
