My device automatically pause

Hey 4 days ago my phone still working but when at 2pm my phone can’t connect to wifi cause it paused! I did ask my sis to check xFi if it pause but she said she didn’t do it! Also there is no device pause show on her xFi too! So hope you help me with this!

I have a similar issue that started today.  Morning started with a “no internet connection”. After troubleshooting my phone and then the Xfi gateway, I receive “The device is paused” on my device and on Xfi app, device is not connected.

New update that my computer just got pause yesterday too! After my phone paused 4 days ago, yesterday my computer start the same problem too! I don’t know why this happen and still got no help yet!

Hello @user_2f8ecf Thank you for reaching out for help in our forums. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your phone and now computer connecting to the network. Has your phone been able to connect again? When accessing the xfinity app, select the device in connect and select unpause. You can also select the device in not connected and forget the device. Once that's done try to connect to the network again. The steps are here as well. For managing the devices and people there are options for setting up specific time limits on when devices / people can connect to the network. That's the first thing I thought of for your phone connection since it was specific at 2pm.

@XfinityPaula​ hello this is also happening to me on all my devices. Is there any other things to try

i have

paused and unpaused

forgot the network and reconnected

turned off devices.

nothing has stopped this new error. None of my devices are in pause mode but everything own my network keeps popping up with an xfi page, where the link to fix it isn’t even active anymore, it suggests to fixes unpause in app or through browser but there is no browser and there are not paused in the app. It has been ongoing since Monday for me.

Currently have this issue and it's a absolute nightmare. Multiple devices keep popping up on the Xfi app I've never seen before and all my legit devices keep pausing. They either won't show in the app at all or show connected but they are not. And when they do re connect nothing wants to load. I seriously hate this company. I literally had a "supervisor" laugh and say "oh my God" mocking me when I was trying to explain what was going on and asked them to stop interrupting me. I literally give this company thousands of dollars and to be treated so poorly is a slap in the face. If I didn't need their services for my job i would not even have internet at all because they are absolutely pathetic.
