My chat inside the xfinity mobile app doesn't work.

Hi, the chat inside my xfinity app hasn't worked for about a month, is there a way to fix it? That is how I communicate with xfinity and pay my bills etc.

Please rest assure you have reached the right team for assistance. Have you completed any troubleshooting steps on your own? Ensuring the app is up-to-date, uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Hi, I have installed and deleted it several times, it's up to date, but everything I click on the chat it opens a blank window that never loads

I'm having the same issue for over a month.  And no I still can't access it when I click your link in this thread

@Riss207 We are sorry to hear that you're having some trouble. We would recommend clearing cookies and cache in whatever browser you are using and then try it again. Also, if you are just trying to pay your bill, you can go to (xfinity.com/pay) and you can get your bill paid without having to sign in.

They have it locked out so you have to call a lackey that will try to word play you and theres no physical evidence

I also have this issue. When I click the chat (Both app and web) it only has blank purple window
