Most used apps

Xfinity is saying that some of of my most used apps are apps I have have never used or even heard of.  What is going on with this app?

Hello, and thank you for reaching out about the apps showing up in the most used app section of our app. This may be displaying all apps used by everyone connected to the network. Do you share your connection with others? Also, what are some examples of the apps you're seeing? Do you see any unrecognized devices on your network by following the steps listed here

@XfinityStephanieK​ well it's just for my profile and just my phone so nobody should be showing up on it.

I'd like to further review with you to ensure no one is accessing your network without consent. I do recommend going through the list of registered devices to see if any other devices show up on the list and removing them if so. I also recommend updating your Wi-Fi password to prevent any unauthorized access. Please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name. Well my whole family shows up, but like I said, listed under MY profile, which is just my devices.  Nobody else should be showing up under the active time but me. Just the devices that are registered to me. And there are apps that are appearing that I have never been to.

If they are on the same network they should be on the app. If you go into the app, do you see them under the "inactive" part?
