Modem Says Offline

The app says my modem is offline. I restarted via my modem's app and it didn't come back. I pulled the power for about a minute and plugged back in and it didn't fix it. Contacted Xfinity support and they just want me to lease a modem and try to sell me more stuff. This has been going on for about a week. Everything is otherwise working fine. It's happened in the past and has never been "my issue" (it's always started working again after a few weeks with every modem I've owned) so it gets old being told it's my equipment 🙄
