Missing Features In XFi App

After activating my modem, I noticed that I only have the overview and account tabs at the bottom of the app. I am missing the security and wifi tabs. It is causing me to be unable to control my modem/router and the devices connected. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as restarting my phone and modem, but the problem persists.

I’m having this exact problem. Even the technician who came out to install modem didn’t know why this happened. Customer service is clueless. Did it ever come back? We are switching if it doesn’t fix asap because it affects my job.

@user_qswtcc  We had to go in person to an Xfinity store. Customer support there was able to see the issue in their hands and create a go around. I don’t think you can get any help from this place.
