Messages missing after move to Yahoo

Friday I was on the phone with your rep who had me move my mail account ( which is all I currently have with Xfinity) to Yahoo. I asked if all my messages in my folders would would over and she said yes. While we were on the phone they had not moved over. She said it takes time. The folders are still empty. I am still editing to get the messages that were in my folders. It’s Sunday and I still have no messages in my folders. Where is my other mail??
