Losing internet access
I have a WiFi signal, but I keep losing internet access. The modem goes out, red light comes on and then it restarts and comes back on. I’ve had WiFi issues for several months now. Technician comes out, says it’s Comcast’s connections outside. The issue was supposedly fixed last month on the street. Now all of the sudden, since Friday, I’m losing connection again intermittently all day. I’ve unplugged it, sent a signal and refreshed. Personally I should be given a new modem, but Comcast says there is nothing wrong with it. I have to say, at this point, if I had an option for another carrier, I would switch. This has been nothing but frustrating over and over again.
