Login Loop

I cannot login to the Xfinity App. Each time I enter my credentials it reverts back to the original login screen. I have tried signing in on WIFI and on cellular data. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the App. Password is correct as well. Nothing is working...

Hi, @kyle.n27! Thanks for patiently waiting for a response and for reaching out to XFINITY over our forum's page for help with logging into the XFINITY app. I understand the inconvenience that is caused when you cannot log into an app as I am using all sorts of apps every day. I am sorry to learn about this experience. Let's get this fixed. Have you tried to see if you are experiencing this issue on a different device? Even though the password is correct, I also recommend attempting a password reset at https://comca.st/3Oxe1lW as I have seen this work before too.
