I’m stuck in a login loop on the xfinity app.

Can you tell me a little more about what was happening? Are you using the same login for your 'Xfinity" app as you are using here on the forum? What sorts of error messages are you seeing?

So I'm basically having the same problem, I log in, wait, then I'm back to the login page. It's very frustrating since i can't even log into the xfinity app on my phone, let alone on the website. This has been happening for so long I have lost count.

Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps on your own? Some steps may include but are not limited to, clearing cache and cookies, using different web browser. Please let us know so we can look further into this with you.

Hello @user_eba075, thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums. Is this issue only occurring on the Xfinity application? Are you having this issue with one particular devie or multiple devices? Are you able to log into your account and open up Xfinity xFi through our website?

I am also stuck in a login loop. We have tried all the trouble shooting steps including clearing cookies, different browser, different device, re downloading app etc. we are unable to get past the login page/login loop. Please help as this is the first step in the internet activation and we can not get in to the app to complete it.

This was reported as a known issue a couple of days ago, and we've since released an update. Are you still stuck on the login screen/loop? I recommend rebooting the device you're using and seeing if you're now able to access it.

Ive updated the app. Uninstalled, reinstalled. All of it.

@user_081f77 I called their support number and they were able to fix it for me immediately. I think they said my account hadn't been verified.

I am stuck in the loop, tried multiple devices, restarting, clearing cache and still nothing. I can log in to xfinity but my account settings and other options on the site put me into a loop saying there is an error and i cant connect and to come back later.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
