Login into app, but it then takes me to a landing page saying “sorry, we’re having some trouble”

So yeah I can login into the app, but it always takes me to a landing page with the error “sorry, we’re having some trouble”.

This is preventing me from activating my service since there’s no other workaround.

The support number suggested on the landing page does not understand the issue in their prompting.
