Log in issues

Hello, I am Alicia [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I am having an issue with the app where I am getting stuck in a log in loop. I've brought it up with 3 different agents and they have not been able to resolve this for me.

@Tulipfera  I use the app every day and ran into the same issues, & what I had to do was uninstall the app & reinstall the app to make sure my device had the most updated version, have you tired that step yet

@XfinityOrlandoM​ Many times. I have contacted exactly five different reps and they all chose to ignore the issue and point out some other thing.
