Loading wheel of DOOM

I canNOT log into my xfinity app. I put in my user name and password, then get the LOADING WHEEL OF DOOM! Since the DOOM WHEEL started happening I do NOT GET ANY app notifications while Im connected to my wifi. EMAILS, TEXT MESSAGES, RING DOORBELL, WEATHER ALERTS tiktok Facebook doordash NONE OF IT. Until i turn OFF my phones wifi or walk outside. Then my phone starts blowing up with every notification all at once. Tp try to fix the problem I have changed my password so many times, it is now just an insult, aggressively chatted with the apps AI bot that only directs me to THE FORGOT YOUR USERNANE PASSWORD PAGE, talked to 2 different IT techs explained the issue again and again. And NOT ONCE was I ASKED ME TO OPEN THE APP, they just wanted to restart my router on their end and say okay everything is working now. NO ITS NOT. I driven up to the Xfinity store and asked the people in there to use my phone and log into the app, they couldnt do it and didnt know how to fix it.
