"LiteonTe" is probably Lite-On Technology Corporation -- see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lite-On. They make products under their own name and under contract for many other companies. "C46A" is probably the last 4 characters of the device's 12 character MAC address. "LiteonTe-C46A" is not enough info to identify the specific device. The only way I know of to track it down is to check the MAC addresses of all your devices until you find one whose last 4 characters are "C46A".
