Les Mills won't play videos due to xFi Advanced Security being on

I have a Les Mills On Demand account which allows me to access video workouts from Les Mills on my devices.  I can't get them to play on my web browser or Roku Les Mills app (but the videos play fine via a VPN).  In browsing the community forum, I read that Xfinity xFi Advanced Security may be  blocking access to streaming these videos.  When a user identified the problem on the Pluto Roku app, he was able to white list the site so that it could play videos.  Otherwise, the user had to turn off the Advanced Security entirely.  


Could you please look into this and see if you can make a similar solution for Les Mills?

Hello sorry about the issue you have been experiencing  but if you are not able to access Les Mills with xFi advanced security on then you will need to disable the advanced security. Here is the link below on how to disable it.
