iOS Xfinity App Parental Controls

I turned on parental controls for the user Household inside of the app and now I cannot turn it off. Even if I have no devices assigned to that profile, it is affecting my network. Most YouTube videos won’t load, I can’t access my work VPN now, etc. How do I get this turned off??
