Internet Parental controls
Hi! I’m trying to use parental controls and downtime schedules in the Xfinity app, but my app only shows WiFi and Advanced Settings — no People or Security tabs.
My gateway is a Technicolor XB6 (model CGM4140COM, MAC [Edited: "Personal Information"]).
Could you please provision my account and gateway for xFi / Advanced Security so I can use People profiles and parental controls?

I understand wanting to get the parental controls and schedule downtime, and wanted to see if you were still exepriencing issues setting these up.
