I'm not able to log in to my router and the app tells me that I'm not a customer anymore.

Since the app is stating you are not a customer, we will want to take a deeper look at the account and the username being used to sign in to the app. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, full address, and the username you are using to sign in to the app? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:


• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
